  1. Louisa Adams was born 1 Jan 1826 in Fairfax, Vermont; died 31 Jan 1908 in La Crosse, Wisconsin. She married David Sweet on 23 Feb 1842 in Delavan, Wisconsin.
  2. Matilda Ward was born 30 Nov 1795 in Underhill VT; died 3 Nov 1872 in Weyauwega, Wisconsin. She married Abner Adams Jr on 9 Nov 1823 in Underhill VT. He was born 28 May 1795 in Poultney VT; died 10 Oct 1876 in Weyauwega WI.
  3. Hannah Stevens was born 23 Nov 1770 in Canaan CT; died 13 May 1856 in Underhill VT. She married Dexter Ward on 20 Oct 1791 in Poultney VT. He was born 28 May 1770 in New Marlboro MA; died 28 Jul 1850 in Underhill VT.
  4. Reuben Stevens was born 17 Aug 1734 in Stonington CT; died 3 Aug 1804 in Poultney VT. He married Hannah Brookins on 14 Jan 1760 in Canaan CT. She was born about 1732 in Marlboro, Mass; died 20 Feb 1817 in Poultney VT.
  5. Henry Stevens was born 18 Dec 1709 in Plainfield CT; died 5 Jan 1789 in Canaan CT. He married Sarah Babcock on 10 Nov 1731 in Stonington. She was born there on 11 Jan 1714; died 26 May 1774 in Canaan CT. His second wife was Elizabeth Jones.
  6. Henry Stevens was born 20 Nov 1681 in Ipswich MA; died 1726 in Plainfield CT. He married 2 Mar 1709 in Ipswich MA to Elizabeth Fellows. She was born 14 Sep 1685 in Ipswich MA; died after 1741 in North Stonington CT.
  7. Elizabeth Gallup was born 8 Mar 1663 in Stonington, Conn; died in 1726. She married Henry Stevens in 1677. He was born 20 Jul 1656 in Little Sodbury, Glocester; died 9 Oct 1689 in New London, Conn.
  8. Hanna Lake was born 3 Jul 1621 in North Benfleet, Essex; died 30 Aug 1672 in Ipswich MA. She married Capt John Gallop in 1643 in Boston. He was born Jan 1621 in Mosterne, Dorset; was killed 19 Dec 1675 in the Great Narragansett Swamp Fight.
  9. John Lake was born 16 Sep 1590 at North Benfleet, Essex; died there about 1652-62. He married Margaret Reade about 1616. She was born 11 Jul 1598 in North Benfleet; left her husband to emigrate with the Winthrops to America; died 24 Sep 1672 in Ipswich, Mass.
  10. John Lake was born about 1565 at Great Fanton Hall, North Benfleet, Essex; died 10 Dec 1612 there. He married Elizabeth Sandell about 1589. She was born about 1565 in Little Barstable, Basildon, Essex; was buried 4 May 1616 in North Benfleet.
  11. Richard Lake was born 1539 in Rayleigh, Essex; buried 24 Sep 1599 in North Benfleet, Essex. He married Ann Morelly. His other wife was Anne Wardell.

    The source of the following lineage is an as-yet unidentified book on the Lakes of Yorkshire. The Mormons show similar names in the IGI but vastly different dates.

  24. Emma of Tateshall was born about 1256. She married Adam of Cailly. He was born about 1252 and died 1303-06.
  25. Robert of Tateshall was born 1222, died 23 Jul 1273 at Tateshall, Yorks. He married Nicole de Grey. She was born about 1226 in Shirland, Derby; died after 1277.

    The following generations are historical and very well documented:
  26. Mabel or Maud d’Aubigny, was born at Arundel about 1196, died in 1240. She married Robert de Tateshall about 1217. He was born 1192 at Tateshall (now Pontefract, Yorkshire, not Tattersall!), died 16 Jul 1249.
  27. William d’Aubigny, earl of Arundel and Lincoln, was born 1165 at Arundel, Sussex, died 1 Feb 1221 in Cainell near Rome, Italy, was buried at Wymondham, Norfolk. He married Mabil de Meschines, born 1172 in Chester, died after 1200.
  28. William d’Aubigny, earl of Arundel and Sussex 1189-93, was born before 1150 in Arundel, Sussex, died 24 Dec 1193. He married Maud de St. Hilary du Harcourt. She was born 1182 in Buckenham castle, Norfolk.
  29. Adeliza of Louvain was born 1103 in Louvain (Leuwen), died 23 Apr 1151 in Afflighem, Flanders. She married king Henri Beauclerc in 1122 but he died in 1135. In 1138, she married William “Strong Hand” d’Aubigny, earl of Arundel and Sussex 1141-76. He was born 1102, died 12 Oct 1176.
  30. Godfrey I “the Bearded” was duke of Lorraine. He was born 1060 in Brabant, died 25 Jan 1139. He married Ida de Cluny in 1100. She was born 1083 in Namur, died 1122. His other wife was Sophia.
  31. Henry II of Brabant was born 1021 in England, died in 1077. He married Adelheid von Orlamünde. She was born about 1036, died in 1086.
  32. Lambert II of Louvain was born in England. He married Oda of Lower Lorraine.
  33. Gerberga of Lorraine was born 970 in Lorraine and died about 1015-18. She married Lambert I “the Bearded” of Louvain, about 994.
  34. Charles, was born before 953 in Laon. He was duke of Lorraine and died on 21 May 993 in Orleans. He was married to Bonne Adelaide. She was born 953 in Ardenne. His other wife was Agnes of Vermandois and Troyes.
  35. Gerberga of Saxony died in 968. She married Louis IV "d'Outremer" in 939. He was born in 921 and died in 954. Her first husband had been Giselbert of Lorraine.
  36. Edgifu was born 902. She married Henry the Fowler, duke of Saxony. He was born in 876, died 936 in Memblem. Her other husbands were Henry of Vermandois and Charles III "the Simple".
  37. Edward the Elder was born 869, died 17 Jul 924 in Farndon-on-Dee. He married Aelflaeda about 894-902.
  38. Alfred the Great was born 849 in Wantage, Dorset, died 26 Oct 899 in Winchester castle, London. He married Ealswith of the Gaini in 868 in Winchester. She was born in Mercia in 854, died 5 Dec 905.
  39. Aethelwulf was king of Wessex, born in 806, died 13 Jan 858 in Winchester castle. He married Osburgh of Hampshire in 830. She was born in 810, died in 853.

    The Anglo-Saxon Chronicles begin with Aethelwulf’s descent from Cerdic.

  84. Cainan or Kenan lived from 3679 BC to 2769 BC. His wife was Mualeleth.
  85. Enos or Enosh lived from 3769 BC to 2864 BC, according to the Book of Jubilees. His wife was Naom.

  4. Inyotef III was pharaoh from 2068 BC to 2061 BC, when he died.
  5. Inyotef II was pharaoh from 2117 BC to 2069 BC, when he died.
  6. Inyotef I, aka Amen-Joseph, was pharaoh from 2133 BC to 2118 BC, when he died.
  7. Mentuhotep I was pharaoh from 2150 BC to 2133 BC, when he died.
